Internal Conventions

In order to realise our vision as an organization, we have a set of standards to abide by here at TiniTec.

This section provides a general overview of the company's internal processes.

1. General Conventions

  • Use of company-domain email addresses (ex: @tinitec.com) for any internal interactions (account creations, contributions, mails ...etc)
  • Use of a TinitecAdmin account to participate in meetings, forms, equipment management and salary records.
  • Use of Discord for communication, general info exchange and progress sharing.
  • Use of ClickUp to manage and track tickets.
  • Use of Google Drive to share files (visibility should be limited to a specific audience).

Note: Access to these should be requested from management.

2. Workplace Events

  • Standup Meeting: Daily, held to briefly outline each developer's ticket status, from what they've been doing, problems they faced and what they plan to do.
  • Sprint Meeting: Bi-weekly, held to discuss ticket progress, collect positives, negatives, axis of improvement, and upcoming actions.
  • Project Meetings: Ad-hoc, held whenever needed to discuss technical details or big adjustments to projects.
  • Recreational events.

Note: Other special events may take place if needed.
